The Flats

The three flats are designed to be three detached bed-sits and were restored from a group of ancient farmhouses built in the early 1900’s.
Every house is equipped with two beds (two with king bed and one with a king+ single bed), bathroom with shower, cooking spot, LCD/SAT television, WI-FI, air conditioners, bath towels, precious bed sheets, everything for the kitchen. The rooms are elegant and every detail is carefully chosen.

Furnitures are in “poor art” style and floor tiles are made out of local stone (white stone from Comiso, black stone from Ragusa, ceramics from Caltagirone) thus creating an ideal environment to taste art, culture, nature and traditions of the hyblean province.
Outside, the houses are surrounded by a “baglio”, typical courtyard paved with cobblestones, equipped with chairs and tables that can be used for breakfast or for relax.
A parking lot is also available (not guarded).
